Acrylic, oil, birch, digital prints
I am deeply interested in art's unique ability to access the negative space within and between persons. In my work, I explore the interplay between the human figure and its emotional and experiential context. In more abstract work, I reach toward an understanding of cognition and the interior life -- how each of us makes sense of our thoughts and experiences.
