126. Winston Lee Mascarenhas

Acrylic, canvas, cold wax, encaustic, graphite, ink, oil, paper

As an enthusiast of music, Mascarenhas gravitates to the use of harmonies, dissonance, and rhythm in his works to create dramatic moments. He is always thinking about how to visualize sound – how to translate rhythmic and melodic experiences into something tangible, tactile. This is an exhibit of his newest abstract works.
