Plexi, gel pens, textiles, acrylic
My works are a journey and a reminder of my cultural and spiritual traditions that are rooted in primordial forces, ancient wisdom, and hidden messages. I create and conjure adorned vessels, conduits, and portals for juju, mojo, hoodoo, wanga and gris-gris as beautifully dangerous manifestations of aesthetic and functional artworks that are proudly Afrikan—Black without apology or permission.
